She provides a broad expertise in executive search services and leadership advisory to her clients in acting as a trusted adviser to senior or executive level management, shareholders, HR, and business managers. Silvia has conducted numerous searches for large publicly traded corporations as well as mid-sized companies and start-ups.

Sarah Drexler works as a Junior Consultant at Ressler Partners. She is studying HR management and job design and has broad experience in various areas. During her work for the European Parliament, she has gained valuable insights into international projects.
